Saturday, September 20, 2025, 11am-3pm

Tots Play World's Front Parking Lot - 3904 S Perkins Cutoff Rd. Memphis, TN 38118 (Parkway-Village Area)

Join us for a fun filled carnival themed anniversary event at Tots Play World! Our anniversary bash will be to show & give back to the same community that have supported us these 6 years through free food, activities, and fun! Showcase your business to local families and connect with the community of the Mid-south.

Vendor Information:

$40 Fee - Opportunity to physically participate in the event by setting up a booth & engaging directly with attendees

10x10 space with 1 6ft Table & 2 Chairs (may bring additional tables & 10x10 tent, if preferred)
Listing on our event vendor lineup
Potential shout-out in our stories or vendor highlight post (not guaranteed)
Direct access to a family-focused audience of 50-100+ guests

Note: This will be an outdoor event and no access to electricity. You may bring your own battery-operated equipment, generators (if permitted), or non-electric setups.

I understand & acknowledge that I will have to pay $40 vendor fee once my application is approved. This fee will include 1 table & 2 chairs with a 10x10 total space & does not guarantee any event attendees will purchase items from my business. I also acknowledge this will be an outside event and there is no access to electricity, and all vendors must provide their own electrical setup, if needed.
