Service Description
Imagine a hassle-free birthday party this year with Tots Play World! Let us take care of the themed decorations for you, including the decorated little tots table, backdrop accent wall, and themed cake/dessert/treat table. Themed party favors for up to 10 kids as well. Choose from the selected themes in the graphic from picture gallery below. Duration Options: 30 minutes of setup for additional decor & food/2.5 hours of exclusive party & play time or no need for setup time, use the full 3 Hours for exclusive private play & party area time Guests: 10 kids (9 & younger). Max 40 total guest capacity. $10/additional kids (9 years & younger) Setup Option: Use 30 minutes before the party kick-off to add any additional magic touch and/or food & cake/cupcakes. You will have 1 party assistant to help with setup, cleanup, and flow of the party. ⏰ End-of-Party Procedures & Clean-Up Policy The final 20-25 minutes of your scheduled party time are reserved for traditional end-of-party activities such as singing Happy Birthday, serving cake/treats, or opening presents (optional). At this time, the play area will be closed, and no children will be allowed back inside the play zone. This helps us begin cleaning and sanitizing the space safely and efficiently. All guests must vacate the building within 15 minutes of your scheduled party end time.
Cancellation Policy
Any rental of space from TOTS PLAY WORLD for a private party must be secured with a nonrefundable security deposit of $100.00 to $150.00. Only upon payment of this non-refundable retainer shall TOTS PLAY WORLD securely hold the requested space for the private party rental. The non-refundable retainer will be applied to the total rental balance. Depending on final payment method (Cash, Zelle, or Money Order), the balance amount due must be paid 7-10 days before the scheduled private party. If the remaining balance is not received within the 7 to 10-day window, the party reservations will be at risk of cancellation. All retainers/deposits are non-refundable and can be applied towards the booking of another event up to 6 months from the date of the cancelled event pending on availability. A $65 cancellation fee will be applied to any party that cancels less than 48 hours of party date.
