Service Description
Customize the soft play play set starting with a base of gray & white & adding on your one choice of pop color ( red, pink, blue, green, purple, orange, yellow, black). The 12x12 package includes: ○ Dark Gray Floor Mats - option to change to light grey, blue or available choice (will need to confirm) ○ White Ball Pit with 500+ balls mixed with translucent, white, and pop color ○ Options: 6x4 Rectangle or 5ft Rounded ○ Custom Vinyl - Name & 2 Themed Pictures ○White/Gray Slide - option to change to pink or red/blue ○Soft Foam Building Tower ○Soft Foam Playscape Stairs ○ Two Bouncy Themed Animals ○ White & Gray Gates - to have all white
Cancellation Policy
The Renter agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance shall be paid no later than 7 to 10 days before the booking date; depending on payment method (cash, Zelle, or money order). If full balance is not paid within 5 days before event, Tots Play World has the right to cancel booking after a phone call/text, or email attempt has been made. If cancellation is requested or processed at any time, the renter has the option to reschedule one time for a future available date within 90 days or refund will be given minus a 5% cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable retainer fee.
