Service Description
Go all out with this deluxe party experience that includes themed decorations, custom items (backdrops, favor boxes/bags, activity sheets), 5 pizzas & 2 sodas/Juices for the ultimate hassle-free celebration. All you have to do is show up with the cake/cupcakes. We'll have the cake/cupcake stand waiting for you. Includes a total of 10 children (birthday child included) - 9 years & younger Max 40 guest capacity. ⏰ End-of-Party Procedures & Clean-Up Policy The final20-25 minutes of your scheduled party time are reserved for traditional end-of-party activities such as singing Happy Birthday, serving cake/treats, or opening presents (optional). At this time, the play area will be closed, and no children will be allowed back inside the play zone. This helps us begin cleaning and sanitizing the play area safely and efficiently. All guests must vacate the building within 15 minutes of your contracted party end time. Cancellation Policy
Any rental of space from TOTS PLAY WORLD for a private party must be secured with a nonrefundable security deposit of $350 for Deluxe Experience package. Only upon payment of this non-refundable retainer shall TOTS PLAY WORLD securely hold the requested date for the private party rental. The non-refundable retainer will be applied to the total rental balance. Depending on final payment method (Cash, Zelle, or Money Order), the balance amount due must be paid 7-10 days before the scheduled private party. If the remaining balance is not received within the 7-10 day window, the party reservations will be at risk of cancellation If a private party renter cancels more than five (5) days before the event for reasons not caused by Tots Play World, the retainer will be kept and any remaining balance paid will be refunded. If private party renter cancels less than five (5) days before the event, the retainer will be kept, and a $100 late cancellation fee will apply; any remaining balance beyond the retainer and $100 will be refunded. The $100 late cancellation fee does not apply to cancellations or postponements resulting from circumstances such as acts of Gods, power outages, etc. Reschedules are not guaranteed and are allowed only at the discretion of Tots Play World based on availability. If approved, a party may be rescheduled one (1) time. A new date must be selected within two (2) weeks of the original event date and may be scheduled up to three (3) months in advance, subject to availability.
