Service Description
📅 When: 2nd & 4th Saturdays (More dates may be added based on demand!) ⏰ Time: 9:15 AM - 11:00 AM 👧 Ages: Potty-trained 2 years - 9 years old 👀 What’s Included? ✔ 1 hour & 45 minutes of supervised open play ✔ Interactive social play with other children ✔ A simple arts & crafts activity ✔ A safe & engaging environment while parents enjoy a break ⚠ Important Information: Pre-registration is required up to 1 day before (Limited spots available, minimum of 5 children needed for the session to take place). Sibling Add-On pricing is only valid when booking for more than one child. First child must be booked at full price. Parents/Guardians must be reachable at all times during the session. No food or snacks provided – please ensure your child has eaten before arrival. Failure to pick up within 15 minutes of session ending may result in additional charges. This facility is not required to be licensed by the state as a child care agency” as per subsection (b)(1).

Cancellation Policy
📅 Scheduling & Availability A minimum of 5 children must be registered for the session to take place. If the minimum is not met, parents will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, and payments will be credited for a future session. 💰 Pricing & Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. No refunds will be issued, but credit may be applied to a future session if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. 🚨 Cancellations & No-Shows If the minimum number of registrations is not met, the session will be canceled, and payments will be credited to a future date. If a participant is unable to attend, a 24-hour notice is required to receive credit for a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable and non-transferable. 👧 Child Eligibility & Participation Open to potty-trained children ages 2 - 9. Parents must remain reachable throughout the session. No food will be provided; please ensure your child has eaten before arrival. Children must be picked up on time.
