Costumes must be handled with care Booking & Payment *Full payment required at time of booking *Limited dates available; bookings confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis Travel & Delivery 1. Free travel within 10 miles of Tots Play World (3904 S Perkins Cutoff Rd. Memphis, TN 38118) 2. $1 per mile after 10 miles (round trip) Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit for a full refund 2. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment Damage & Liability 1. Additional repair/replacement costs beyond the deposit may be charged to the renter Conduct *The costumes are for family-friendly, safe visits only *Rough play, food, or drink near the costumes is not allowed
