Service Description
Here’s What’s Included: You provide all party décor, including balloons, tableware, banners, etc. Decor must be dropped off at least 5 days before the party so we can prep and inflate any balloons. We’ll set it all up for you on the day of the party based on your layout or inspiration photo (if provided). Important Notes: *This service is setup only — no decorations or balloons are provided by Tots Play World. *We will only use what you provide — no substitutions or extras will be added. *Be sure to include enough balloons, especially when using Amazon kits (many are limited or poor quality). *If you'd like a certain style or layout, please include a photo or detailed instructions with your items.
Cancellation Policy
Any rental of space from TOTS PLAY WORLD for a private party must be secured with a NONREFUNDAFLE retainer/deposit of $100.00 to $150.00. Only upon payment of this non-refundable retainer shall TOTS PLAY WORLD securely hold the requested space for the private party rental. The non-refundable retainer will be applied to the total rental balance. Depending on final payment method (Cash, Zelle, or Money Order), the balance amount due must be paid 7-10 days before the scheduled private party. If the remaining balance is not received within the 7 to 10-day window, the party reservations will be at risk of cancellation. If a private party renter cancels more than five (5) days before the event for reasons not caused by Tots Play World, the retainer will be kept and any remaining balance paid will be refunded. If private party renter cancels less than five (5) days before the event, the retainer will be kept, and a $100 late cancellation fee will apply; any remaining balance beyond the retainer and $100 will be refunded. The $100 late cancellation fee does not apply to cancellations or postponements resulting from circumstances such as acts of Gods, power outages, etc. Reschedules are not guaranteed and are allowed only at the discretion of Tots Play World based on availability. If approved, a party may be rescheduled one (1) time. A new date must be selected within two (2) weeks of the original event date and may be scheduled up to three (3) months in advance, subject to availability.
